Bruce A. MacFarlane, Q.C., Deputy
Attorney General and Deputy Minister of Justice for the Province of
Manitoba is currently a member of the Bars and Law Societies of Manitoba
and Alberta. In addition to assuming senior positions in

and is a founding member of Heads of Prosecution Agencies in the
